Over the past few weeks, we have been preparing and creating new content to show you all in regards to SCR Collection, mainly focused on the primary brand – SCR News. In this article, we show what we have been working on to tease of what is to come over the summer!
Studio C
Firstly, In preparation for long-formed content, I began work on Studio C, SCR Collection’s newest, multi-use studio for recording. It isn’t finished, so a lot of things here will change, however these screenshots should give you a rough idea of what to expect.
It will be open to the public to view and explore with limited lighting and screen controls sometime soon!
Long formed content
We really wanted to start posting long form content on YouTube for a while, so we decided to start preparing for larger stories.
It started with making video visuals, such as the headline bar, and then moved onto intros, transitions, and on screen effects. We are proud to say that with each day we get closer to making proper, high quality, video content to go alongside our articles.
Keep in mind all headlines in this article are fictional and only used for testing!
Furthermore, we plan to introduce “Breaking” articles for news that is critical to the game and affects it a lot. I have set up a theme for these articles, and they will typically have a video to go alongside them.
SCR Collection Discord
Soon, we hope to release a Discord where you can get notified straight away about new stories! It will also be extremely focused on a lively community, becoming a welcoming space to talk with other readers and us.
This is the thing we plan to release first, in order to announce our other new features quickly and easily. We plan to get it out by the end of this month!
Sport
Andd lastly… SCR Sport. We are still thinking of new events, but we haven’t settled on anything just yet. If you have any ideas, feel free to reach out to us on the SCR Forum and let us know! We are always open to suggestions.
We hope to get things rolling soon, as we already have a near-finished studio to record event announcements in!
