I live in Brisbane, Australia, a very outdoorsy and very bus-and-car-oriented kind of semi-humid river city, which makes me the only SCR News staff member in the southern hemisphere!
What’s my name, really?
Usually, I go by either “wavor” (used in my handles), or “aestus” (found as my display name on Discord).
You may also see “tidal”, the origin of aestus, or “cold”. in case you want to know, “aestus” is the roman word meaning “swelling” or “tide”.

My Journey with SCR Collection
I joined SCR Collection in May 2026 as a moderator in Forum, keeping an eye on activity and engagement within the community using SCR Forum.
In June 2026, I joined SCR News’s team to become an editor, striving for accuracy, clarity, and consistency across our new articles.
I look forward to share SCR Collection’s vision of an independently-led alternative source of SCR-related media!
